1. What Denwyn is
Denwyn is a personal finance tracking tool. You use it to log your assets, liabilities, and transactions to see your net worth. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. We do not manage money, execute trades, or provide financial advice.
2. Your account
You need to create an account to use Denwyn. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication provider.
3. Your data
The financial data you enter into Denwyn belongs to you. We store it to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for advertising or any purpose other than delivering the product to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Market data
Denwyn displays market prices from third-party sources (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, exchangerate-api). This data is provided as-is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not make investment decisions based solely on data shown in Denwyn.
5. No financial advice
Nothing in Denwyn constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The calculations, metrics, and information displayed are for personal tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Use Denwyn for personal finance tracking. Do not use it for anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service availability
Denwyn is provided as-is. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The service is currently free — this may change in the future with advance notice to existing users.
8. Limitation of liability
Denwyn is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on information displayed in the application.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
